CatBoss is the dedicated fuel management package for catamarans and other multihull vessels, built around our proven MK60 series fuel systems. By pairing MK60 single or dual filter configurations with cross-hull integration, CatBoss delivers complete fuel system control, redundancy, and reliability for extended cruising and offshore conditions.

Standard multihull fuel systems operate independently in each hull, which limits the ability to cross-feed fuel or operate either engine from either tank. CatBoss solves this by connecting both tanks through a fully integrated polishing, filtration, and transfer system, allowing you to balance loads, provide backup fuel pressure, and change filters without shutting down an engine.

CatBoss packages are available in two main configurations. The manual package uses MK60 systems in single or dual formats with cross-feed capability for essential fuel control and redundancy. The CommandBOSS CPRC 60 upgrade adds a fully integrated helm-mounted control panel, giving you the ability to switch filters, transfer fuel between hulls, polish stored fuel, detect leaks, and operate pumps without stepping into the engine room.
