Yes. All Keenan Filters systems are backed by a limited one-year warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship for the original purchaser. If there’s an issue, we’ll repair or replace the product under warranty terms. What if the system isn’t the right fit for my setup?

Every order is vetted before it ships. Our team speaks directly with each customer to ensure the system is a good match for your vessel and goals. That means you’ll never be left guessing about what you need. If something still isn’t quite right, we’ll support you with troubleshooting, installation guidance, or alternate recommendations. While we don’t offer refunds for installed systems, we’re committed to working with you to find a solution.

How fast is shipping?

Most orders ship within 1 week. We use UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on your location and shipping needs. If you’re ordering a custom build or have specific delivery requirements, we’ll provide a timeline before processing. Expedited options are available on request.

What’s the returns policy?

Unused and uninstalled systems may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping. Items must be in original packaging, undamaged, and in resellable condition. Custom or special-order systems are not eligible for return.
