Far more than a basic diesel fuel filter, the MK60 DP-EFS will monitor and maintain your entire fuel system from tank to engine. Keenan Filter systems are the only systems available that will warn you of any fuel system problem before your motor unexpectedly shuts down, (Leaving you and your crew stranded in a dangerous situation)
Our MK60 DP-EFS dual filter management system is perfect for small to mid-size engines. It features an advanced double filter design that allows you to switch filters while underway with the flick of a switch from the helm without stopping the motors. A compact design capable of fitting in tight spaces, it offers everything you need to keep your fuel clean and motor running smoothly including a remote warning panel to alert you about any potential problems.
Besides warning of dirty filters, the system tests and warns of any water or air in the system. If a problem is detected, Keenan systems also offers you the ability to troubleshoot and solve it on your own. You can even bleed and prime the system with its integrated fuel pump, which also works as a backup fuel pump to the main engine if needed. It can also polish (clean) any stored fuel brought onboard no matter the source. New filters are also available almost anywhere because all Keenan systems use common Racor® filters.
